SCENES OF VIOLENCE 7
theatre, full-length
A partially-devised physical theatre piece that sits at the intersection of boyhood and mothering in America and explores the everyday trauma of living.
From an interview with American historian Heather Cox Richardson: “Could it really be that we ever get into a shooting war? My answer to that is: We are in one. I mean the number of people in America who are dying every day due to gun violence…that’s what historians are going to look at.”
Produced by Verbooom.

I SPY
theatre, one-act
Emma, a struggling newly single mom with a 5-year old son, entertains herself by watching a dreamy couple across the street have sex. It’s become so much a part of her routine that when the couple has a fight and only the man remains, it throws Emma for a spin. Things become even more confusing when she runs into the newly single man at a local coffee shop and is left wondering if he knows she’s been watching him. When the man waves to her from across the way, ‘the game is afoot’, and she must decide what she wants.
